Registration
1. New users: click on the tab with a lock (at top of page). Register by filling in your personal information.

2. Click on the subscription option to receive updates about our new products.

3. Registration is free and without obligation to make a purchase. To become our client: fill out the form, click on ‘register’.
If you are already registered, just login and type in your password.

Favorites
Add to ‘favorites’ in order to connect to our website faster. Click on ‘add to favorite’ link on bottom right. Our website will be added and our unique logo will appear.

Currency (PLN, Euro, $)
For clients outside of Poland there is a choice of currency (PLN, Euro, $).
In the menu on the top left you will find a round tab with a currency symbol. After choosing the currency, the prices of all products will convert according to the official bank currency rate. Of course payment is made in the chosen currency.
Clients outside of Poland can only pay with a credit card (see - [Payment)])

Ordering
1. If you haven’t logged in earlier, you will be asked to fill out an information form before placing an order. If you don’t have a login and password, register first (it really makes things easier), so that you don’t have to fill out this form.

Order Confirmation
1. After ordering you will receive a confirmation via email, which is valid and confirms the transaction.

2. Later you can check the status of your shipment (shipment status tab at bottom left of page).

Shipping (time and possible problems)
1. Most orders will arrive within 3-6 days. Waiting time is made up of ordering time and shipping time via the Polish Postal Service (Waiting time = ordering time + shipping time).

2. Ordering time (within the Luka Bandita internet store) is approximately 4 days (70%), after which the package will be sent off.
Receiving the package through the Polish Post is 1-5 working days. All packages sent via Priority mail should arrive within 1 working day (at least that’s what they promise)

3. It’s very important to give the proper address and zip code. If you decide to add more to your order, waiting time is counted from the last order placed.

4. If the package has not arrived within 2 weeks, please check your local postal office. If it is not there (because unfortunately sometimes packages still get lost), please contact me, I will fill out a missing form at the post office, and afterwards you will be sent another package.

5. Another important matter: if the package arrives damaged or empty (unbelievable but this also happens)- you must request a ‘damaged form’ from the post office and request a ‘return to sender’.

Rebates
There are two types of rebates:
1. For long-term clients. If your order is over 350 PLN in one order (or combined orders), you will receive a rebate of 5% on all future transactions.

2. Retail store rebates are set individually, please contact: luka@lukatme.com for more information.

Shipping Costs
1. Shipping and handling are added to the cost of products. costs are according to the weight of products and table of shipping costs.

2. On the receipt you will notice that the shipping cost is added to the price of purchase. That’s why the price of each product will be proportionally higher than that shown on the website. Cost of product + cost of shipping = total cost (without specified shipping type).

Payment
1. Suggested forms of payment are:

a. Upon delivery- pay at delivery when you receive the package.

b. Bank transfer to Luka Bandita account- this is the preferred method ? (this can be through the mail or e-transfer – through the website. You will receive our account info via email. Luka Bandita account info:

It is necessary to give your first and last name and login name (if you have it).
Transfer can be electronic (Inteligo) or through the post. The order is confirmed after bank transfer has gone through and been accepted.

c. It is also possible to pick up the order in person. Please send us an email to notify of this option after placing your order- we will be in touch).

Returns
Returns are valid within 5 days of receiving the merchandise (regardless of reason).
Returns will not be accepted after 5 days.
Returned merchandise cannot be damaged, dirty, broken, or show any signs of use.
Cost of shipping does not cover returns.
If making a return attach: bank account # to which money will be returned- first/last name, address of the account holder.
Exchange (for a different size style) please include 5PLN for shipping costs.
Returned merchandise should be sent priority mail, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
No returns on bathing suits and lingerie (can only exchange for a different size).

Claims
In the case of a claim, merchandise will be exchanged for an identical item or a different item of the same value.
Luka Bandita will handle the shipping costs.

Agreement
By placing an order the customer is held responsible for paying the full amount for the merchandise.
Placing an order is equal to signing a contract of purchase with the Luka Bandita Company.
